Consuelo Rodriguez, an asset to our Community Relations Department for Milestone Health Services. Over 20 years of extensive experience in the hospitality and airline industry. Focused on Customer Service and Safety as well as streaming operations to promote organizational efficiency. Motivational team leader with strengths in personnel management, excellent interpersonal and communication skills: capable of making client’s experience the best.
Previously, Consuelo has held roles as Service Trainer Instructor, Recruiter, Flight In-Charge Trainer, Support member of the Occupational Health & Safety and Emergency Response Team, Customer Service Manager including Cabin Crew Base Manager.
She is passionate about keeping a positive environment where team members can nourish the tools to enrich the lives of seniors and their needs.

Laarni Pangan
Client Care Coordinator/Finance
Laarni joins the Milestone Health Services team with a wealth of experience in finances and health care and after having worked both in the UK and right here in Canada. With a Major in accounting, Laarni earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and brings with her many years of experience in accounts payable, receivables, billing and other office support roles. While living in the UK, Laarni’s passion for Health Care led to a position as a Health Care Assistant in a Long-term Care facility where she gained a unique understanding and perspective of the industry. It was this experience that brought her to Milestone Services.
At Milestone Health Services, Laarni works together with our Finance Officer, helps with administration and phone calls and also helps to manage our medical supply division. She is a true team player, always calm and confident and welcome addition to the Milestone team.
Laarni lives in Milton with her family where she loves to indulge one of her other passions – cooking!
Elizabeth Pato
Client Care Manager
Elizabeth Pato is a Registered Nurse and our Client Care Manager for the Region of Simcoe.
She was born and raised in Toronto and now lives in the country with her family, dogs and chickens.
She has over 34 years of diverse nursing experience including managing staff and advocating for clients. She has a love for seniors and wants them to experience excellent quality of life in their Golden Years!
She loves to spend her free time in nature and visiting her granddaughter.
Lovella Villadares
Finance Officer
Lovella Villadares shares our vision of providing the best possible care of our clients. A strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills, she is always ready to go the extra mile to help, whether with clients or in her community.
An experienced finance professional, Lovella is responsible for overseeing the financial transactions at Milestone Health Services, processing payroll, managing records, budgets, and processing invoices.
In the Philippines, Lovella earned a college degree in accounting and spent five years working until she moved to Canada. In Canada, she worked for a private family and then at Sunlife Financial as a financial advisor before she joined Milestone in January 2017.
Lovella enjoys volunteering as a youth mentor at her local church.
