Andrew Pawson

Andrew Pawson is a Registered Practical Nurse with a keen focus on geriatrics, personal health and fitness, education, and training of others. He thrives on learning new skills that benefit those around him, both in his professional and personal life. 

Andrew joined Milestone Health Services as the company shares his vision of providing premium home health care services to clients. He is responsible for client management, supervising our nurses and PSWs in the field, and fostering professional relationships with our partners in our community. He is a team player, a hard worker, and a joy to work with.

Committed to lifelong learning, Andrew started his education career in policing, before moving on to health and fitness, and finding his passion within nursing. He has worked in a retirement home setting and as a clinical instructor focusing on geriatric care. Andrew is working toward completing his nutritionist certification, inspired by realizing how many people have difficulties with proper nutrition because of today’s busy lifestyles often related to managing care for children and aging parents.    

Andrew enjoys spending time with his family and his golden retriever. He is currently training to compete in a triathlon.
