Andrea Simon’s enthusiasm for working with seniors began at Peel Senior Link, where she performed assessments and evaluated clients’ concerns for seniors in need of services. Through her ability to build strong relationships with clients, she found assisting and spending time with seniors to be extremely rewarding.
Andrea is responsible for managing scheduling, ensuring our clients are assigned to the right caregivers and talking first-hand with clients who call our office. Her role draws on her background in logistics, customer service and management.
Andrea graduated with honors having obtained a Social Service Worker diploma at Sheridan College and is working toward obtaining her BA in Gerontology at Laurentian University. She joined Milestone Health Services in April 2019.
Outside of work, Andrea loves spending time with her family.
