Emyrose De Leon

Emyrose De Leon is an exceptionally caring and compassionate Registered Practical Nurse who has worked in both long-term care and in the community. She is our go-to person for everything related to client care, including supervising our nurses and PSWs in the field, coaching them on best practices, and communicating with family members.  

As part of her commitment to provide the very best care to all our clients, Emyrose is dedicated to the advocacy of preventive interventions and the administration of quality and mindful care. She continues to pursue further training in nursing to improve her skills focusing on Geriatric Care.

Emyrose is married and loves spending time with her husband and her three children.
